Including The Off Broad Street Players in your estate plan

A monetary or “in-kind” donation valued at $500 and above to The Off Broad Street Players (OBSP) through your estate plan qualifies you as a member of the Off Broad Street Players Legacy Members, created to recognize and thank donors whose foresight is building the future of OBSP.

Bequests can be designated at your request towards The Matthew J. Mixner Scholarship Fund, the General Operations Fund, or towards a specific area of your choice.

OBSP is diligent in adhering to any and all reasonable requests made through bequests.

Sample Testamentary Language

“I give (dollars) to the Off Broad Street Players Organization in Millville, New Jersey (for its _____ fund) or (for the following purpose:.)”

 In order to ensure that the evolving operational needs of OBSP are met, it is advisable to include the following language with restricted gifts: In the event that at some future time due to changed circumstances, in the judgment of the OBSP board of directors, it becomes impractical to apply my bequest to the designated purpose(s), the OBSP board of directors shall make such modifications as will appropriately recognize my interests in coordination with organization priorities.
